Lt. McBride appears a few times trying to investigate the whereabouts of sex offender, who apparently murdered Robin Hammond. Little did he know his own son along with his old childhood friends had killed little Robin all those years ago.
Lt. McBride would later encounter a masked killer that was chasing after Nick. It was revealed to be Alex who had witnessed Nick and the others kill Robin. His reaction to the revelation of his son's involvement in Robin Hammond's death is unknown.
